At Pro Tan®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your competition tan and skincare products. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Send your return via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
